This beautifully furnished San Francisco holiday rental is perfect for the corporate/executive renter or vacationer. Rates are $300-$400/night depending upon the number of guests and dates; $1500-$2200/week or $6200/month for 1-2 months and $6000 for over 2 months. Rates depend upon number of guests and time of the year.

If you are looking for a location that you can walk out of the front door and have easy access to everything you can’t do better than this.  Located on the corner of Mason and Union (on quiet Kent St) this flat is within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions – Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, Chinatown, Union Square and the Financial District and of course our own “Little Italy” North Beach. PLUS a view of the Bay and Alcatraz to enjoy when you return home. 100+ restaurants within a 5 mile and over 50 within a 1-5 minute walk. Public transport via cable car and buses are just 20 meters away. AND you even have a tandem garage parking space if you take that option.

This two bedroom, 2 full bath flat rental is air conditioned. Built in 1907 and renovated in 2006/07 this building has four units and is a real home away from home. Each bedroom has a queen bed and the master bath has a remote control operated bidet. Both full baths have tub/showers. The flat is bright and spacious with high ceilings and five skylights. Totally renovated from the studs up… Everything is brand new.

Both Comfortable queen beds have their own down comforters and pillow top mattress. The futon in the living room also makes a full-size bed and we have a feather topper and a down comforter to make that comfortable as well. Linens and towels provided by owner.

Garage parking (tandem) for one car can be included at $10/day. Though you won’t be need a car most likely. San Francisco public transport is very good and easy to reach from this location.

Broadband Internet service WIFI via comcast, Cable Television, Washer/Dryer, included free. Note: there is no land line so bring your cell phone.

This is the perfect San Francisco holiday vacation rental and location for a corporate renter or vacationer. A great romantic getaway too!
