Nice France – Enjoy the panoramic view of the Mediterranean
[singlepic id=12 w=320 h=240 float=left]The view in Nice is simply to die for. It is right on Promenade des Anglais but in a quiet area literally a crosswalk from the beach. It is a small apartment best suited for two adults or two adults and one or two small children. It has a balcony that most guests find themselves thinking about for months after their return to work. We have many guests who return each summer (three have returned 4 years in a row!). Others are only able to return in their dreams but tell me they plan on returning to this little piece of paradise.
In Nice you will find one bedroom (queen size bed) with a separate WC (toilet) and room with the shower/tub, bidet and sink is newly remodeled in marble. The kitchen is small and compact. You will find the basic necessities of course like the coffee maker, stove, oven, fridge and freezer and an unexpected bonus of a clothes washer instead of a dishwasher. You will find all of the dishes, pots/pans and utensils you will need and of course the most important wine opener and wine glasses.

This AIR CONDITIONED apartment books almost every week of the year and there are peak times. Holidays such as Christmas can be slightly higher cost and between mid-June and late August is also peak season rates. Rates vary by week from an amazing E400/week to E900/week for up to 2 persons. Linens and towels are included. There soon (September 2009) will be cable television so you can keep up with the news with CNN/BBC included in your cost and optional Internet service at E5/night* the number of nights you are renting.
