We love coming to Cannes. When you stay in this Cannes apartment rental be prepared to have a GREAT time. You are in the middle of everything while you are here! Walk out your front door and enjoy great food, incredible shopping and a beautiful sandy beach only 30 seconds away!
If you are going to a congress (like MIPCOM, MIPTV, Lions, Film Festival, Tax Free, MIDEM, MIPIM, etc.,) We are a very short walk to the Palais! 5-10 minutes tops. If you have rented in Cannes before you may have rented an apartment that just piles in as many beds as possible so you can sleep a lot of people. Please know that this is NOT this apartment. We ask for no more than four guests and they sleep in comfort! The kitchen is furnished as if you are planning on cooking every meal. Many congresses have returning guests.
This apartment is great for families or a girls/guys week. There is a master bedroom with a lovely loft which also sleeps two. The loft also has their own bath/shower and sink! You will find everything you need to cook, drink, sleep and enjoy. We provide water and milk in the fridge when you arrive (but please know it’s fine to drink and order tap water here!). You’ll also find coffee (yeah!) as well as linens, towels, paper products (toilet tissue, paper towels) and even homemade soap made just for our second homes.

Rates during other peak times (summer and Christmas) is E1400/week and off peak can be as low as E150/night and E750/week. Internet and telephone is E5/night extra. The telephone allows you to receive calls for free and to call the US and most Western countries for FREE! The rates are higher during congresses (E1250 – E2100/week) and the Film Festival rents for E2300/week with a 2 week minimum.
You will find this apartment to be spotlessly clean, fully furnished and your every need thought of in advance.
There is cable television included in your rate. So you can keep up with the news with CNN/BBC included in your cost and optional Internet service at E10/night* the number of nights you are renting.
